Being a vegan in Panama can be challenging because there are very few vegan restaurants here. Fortunately I discovered Chef Cullen Kong. Over the past few months, Chef has created several delicious, unique and satisfying dishes. Although he's not a vegan Chef, I love his creative twist on classic non vegan dishes to make them vegan. He always use fresh ingredients and fresh produce which makes his dishes flavorful and colorful. Chef is very accommodating and his home delivery services are convenient.
